A Packed Clubhouse for Thanksgiving Dinner

On November 17th a Thanksgiving dinner was served to a packed clubhouse.  Once again our “Turkey Crew” did a fabulous job!  The food was delicious and the clubhouse beautiful.  Thank you to all who helped cook and set up (and clean up) for this event.  Also Thanks to Dave McCray of the Varmints for providing some great music.  It was a great night sharing a meal with friends and neighbors and a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season.

Bingo night was a great success. About 50 people came and what fun we all had. We plan to do this again after the holidays. Watch for the sign on the reader board or on the website.

Shorefest “Hippie Daze” 2018

Shorefest “Hippie Daze” was a fun time for all ages! Local band, The Harlan Davis Project, played music all afternoon for everyone to enjoy. The giant slip n’ slide was a hit again this year with the kids as well as jump rope, hula hoop, and midnight swim. Danya, Mike and Jason did a wonderful job smoking up a delicious chicken and brat lunch served with their special coleslaw, beans and cake. It was fun to see everyone having a good time dressed in their hippie attire. Take a look at our “Hippie Daze” picture gallery to see all the fun times shared with friends and neighbors.

4th of July BBQ

Our 4th of July BBQ had a great turn out. About 100 neighborhood friends came to join in the festivities. Carolynne and Teresa planned the event which included our own neighborhood band along with other musicians providing wonderful music throughout the day. The weather was perfect for a relaxing day visiting with friends and neighbors while enjoying the pool, music, food. Mike and Larry BBQ’d chicken and hamburgers for all to enjoy and we actually ran short on food! Thanks to all!
